About the event

The event will explore how small nations with big ambitions can advance Cross-Border Innovation in Sports Performance, including the role of Talent Development Pathways to level the playing field, and shine a spotlight on the new Centre of Sport Performance Science.

A morning event on Elite Sports Management & Sports Science at Farsons Brewhouse, sponsored by Farsons and Penderyn.

Led by Chris Vassallo, Lecturer in Sports Sciences and Programme Lead for MSc in Advanced Sports Performance Science at Swansea University and with a Keynote speech by Lowri Roberts, head of women’s football at FAW and other speakers in the world of Sport Science and various sporting associations with strong links between Malta and Wales (rugby, football, waterpolo, netball and others).
